The following guidelines are for authors of accepted manuscripts:

1. Revise andsubmit the final version of your manuscript.

Corresponding author must revise the manuscript according to the reviewers’ advises and submitthe final version of the manuscript before the submission deadline, 22nd September 2017. All manuscripts should be written in English. The page limit issix (6) A4 pages, two (2) additional pages can be added, at an extra charge of $50 per page. A maximum of eight (8) pages is permitted, anything beyond willbe rejected. Please follow IEEE two column A4 size standard conference format forpreparing your final paper. You can download the template in the file 1 below to prepare your final paper.

(please login the system to check the“Author Comments”,For Example: 1:the paper is generally well organized and written, the structureis clear, and the demonstration is solid, except there is a small mistake, the word repaire in page3 should be repair;   2:This paper uses LatinHypercube Sampling to access the reliability of distribution network in cluding distributed generations. The method is innovative and the results are correct.But authors should distinguish the variables and the others. Variables are in italics, for example, m×n. There are still others in wrong form, authors shouldfind and correct them.)

CIEEC conference committee will be using Cross Check automated screening system toverify originality of papers. Papers that violate IEEE's publication policy andguidelines may be rejected, even if they have been accepted in the reviewprocess. Disciplinary action may also be taken by IEEE if the violation isdeemed severe.

Final versionof all manuscripts must be in PDF format. IEEE maintains strict formatting standards for all manuscripts published in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.Authors must use the IEEE PDFeXpress® site to convert manuscript files to therequired format. Instructions can be found in file 2 .

2. Add theIEEE copyright notice

Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your full paper. The copyright notice that authors should in clude at the bottom of the first page ofa paper is one of the following:
